You would be the person who finds the people. That means reading candidates rather than reading CVs: working out what somebody is actually good at, testing it rather than taking their word for it, and bringing in talent that makes this company worth more than it was before they arrived.

What you will do

  • •Find and shortlist candidates for the roles we have open
  • •Test what somebody can do rather than take their word for it
  • •Run one real brief end to end: recruit one person for us
  • •Keep everybody in the process answered, including the people we turn down

What you get

  • •Six months of the work itself, remote, six hours a day from 12pm to 6pm
  • •A certificate from us at the end
  • •A pre-placement offer: qualify over the six months and a full-time role here is yours

There is no stipend: this is an unpaid internship, and we would rather say so here than halfway through a call. We watch how you work the brief, not only who you land.

We make videos for brands that want to stand out. This is for editors who care about pace, detail and the story, and who can turn a fix around without the quality slipping on the way.

What you will do

  • •Edit short-form and long-form video for our clients
  • •Add motion graphics, captions, sound and effects
  • •Hit deadlines without letting the work get worse to make them
  • •Take feedback and turn the fixes around fast

What we look for

  • •A portfolio: show us your best work rather than all of it
  • •Premiere Pro, After Effects or whatever you do the same things in
  • •An eye for hooks, pacing and holding somebody to the end
  • •Motion graphics counts for a lot here

Pay

  • •Full time starts at 15,000₹ to 25,000₹ a month
  • •The editors at the top of this team earn 85,000₹ to 1,00,000₹ a month
  • •Freelance is per video, and long edits or heavy motion work pay more
  • •What you are paid follows your skill and the role you are hired into

Every editor gets a test project. We look at speed, quality and how you take feedback, and the work speaks for itself.

Note to Applicants

We hire on what you can do, not what you have been called before. Pay is set by your skills, your experience, how you think through a problem and how you carry yourself with the people around you, and it moves as those do.

Expect to be tested rather than read. Most roles here start with a real piece of the work, small enough to be fair and close enough to the job to be telling, because an afternoon of somebody working says more than a page about it. Come ready to show your thinking, not only your finished files.

Some roles open as internships. Those run to a fixed term, are remote, and end in a certificate and a pre-placement offer: do the six months well and a full-time role here is yours. Where an internship carries no stipend we say so on the role itself, above, rather than saving it for the call.
