Introduction

Welcome to Fazinflo, a premier video production and organic marketing company. Our mission is to deliver creative, high-quality content that aligns with your business goals and enhances your brand visibility. By partnering with Fazinflo, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and guarantee the smooth delivery of our services.

Scope of Services

Fazinflo specialises in the following services:

Video Production: We produce professional video content tailored to your needs, including promotional videos, commercials, event coverage, and more. Our service covers scripting, shooting, editing, post-production, and delivery of high-definition videos.

Organic Content Creation: We design and create content to organically engage your target audience. This includes blog posts, social media content, visual graphics, and storytelling that reflects your brand’s voice and message.

Organic Marketing & Branding: We offer strategic marketing that enhances your brand’s visibility without the use of paid advertising. Our services include SEO optimisation, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and branding consultations aimed at long-term audience engagement and growth.

These services are customized for each client and are dependent on project timelines, availability of resources, and collaboration with the client.

Payment Terms

To ensure clarity and smooth transactions, the following payment policies apply to all services provided by Fazinflo:

Payment Method: All payments must be made through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). No other payment methods are accepted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. UPI details will be provided with each invoice.

Advance Payment: An 80% non-refundable advance payment is required before any work begins. This secures your project slot and covers the initial costs, including planning, resource allocation, and preliminary production stages.

Final Payment: The remaining 20% of the project cost must be paid upon completion of the project and prior to the release of final deliverables. Clients will receive a notification when the project is ready for review, after which the balance is due before files or final content are handed over.

No Refund Policy: All payments made to Fazinflo are non-refundable, including the 80% upfront deposit and the final 20% balance. This policy is in place to cover the time, effort, and resources invested into the project. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, whether in part or in full.

Late Payments: If payment is delayed beyond the due date, Fazinflo reserves the right to apply a late fee of. The penalty for late payments is 8% of the outstanding balance per 5 days, starting from the due date. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of services, with no obligation for Fazinflo to release unfinished or finished work until all dues are cleared.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Fazinflo takes intellectual property rights seriously. Below are the terms regarding ownership of content and intellectual property:

Ownership of Deliverables: Until full payment is received, all work produced by Fazinflo, including drafts, raw footage, and final deliverables, remains the exclusive property of Fazinflo. Ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client only after the full payment is received and cleared.

Usage Rights: Once payment is complete, the client will be granted full rights to use the final deliverables for commercial purposes as agreed upon in the project scope. This includes the right to distribute, reproduce, and modify the content for promotional purposes.

Retention of Creative Rights: Fazinflo retains the right to use any work produced for the client in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

Client-Provided Materials: Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials (e.g., logos, images, music) provided to Fazinflo are free of third-party claims or copyright infringement. Fazinflo is not liable for any legal issues arising from the use of such materials.

Revisions & Approval Process

Fazinflo is committed to delivering high-quality work and offers a collaborative revision process:

Included Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Revisions must be requested within 2 days of receiving the draft. After the included rounds of revisions are exhausted, any additional revisions will be subject to extra charges at a rate of 10% from the project cost.

Approval Process: Once a draft or preview is shared, clients are required to provide feedback or approval within 2 days. Delays in providing feedback may result in an extension of the project timeline.

Final Approval: Upon receiving the final version of the project, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the deliverables. Any requests for changes after final approval may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to uphold the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

Fazinflo’s Commitment: We will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client to third parties without explicit permission, except where necessary for the completion of the project.

Client’s Commitment: The client agrees not to share any confidential information regarding Fazinflo’s business processes, pricing, or strategies with outside parties.

Termination & Cancellation

The following conditions apply to the termination of the agreement between Fazinflo and the client:

Early Termination by Client: Should the client choose to terminate the project before its completion, the 80% upfront payment will not be refunded. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be billed, and the client will receive all completed work that has been paid for.

Termination by Fazinflo: Fazinflo reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to meet their obligations (e.g., delayed payments, non-cooperation). In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and Fazinflo is not obligated to deliver any incomplete or finished work until full payment is received.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for delays or failures to meet obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, or other forces beyond reasonable control.

Limitations of Liability

Fazinflo’s liability for any project is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the content produced.

Client’s inability to achieve their desired outcomes from the use of our content or marketing strategies.

Any delay or failure to deliver services due to factors outside of our control (e.g., client’s failure to provide necessary materials).

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Fazinflo encourages both parties to resolve the matter through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably:

Both parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration before pursuing any legal action.

The venue for dispute resolution will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
